I accept payments from major credit cards through both PayPal and Google's Checkout. Add items to the cart. To use Google Checkout, hit the Google Checkout button. To use PayPal, hit the Go to Payments button. Both of these options are very secure. I never see your credit card number or information, it is all processed on Google or Paypal's secure servers.
You can use funds in your Paypal account to pay for items. Add items to cart. When finished, click the Go to Payments button, to access the Paypal server.
I accept checks from US banks ONLY. If you would like to pay with a check, do not use the shopping cart. Email me at info@lobsterlu.com or call me at (732)500-4681 to place the order. Once I confirm the item is available and give you the total including shipping cost, you can mail the check to M.Lu Wason, PO Box 237, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716. The item will be held for 14 days, awaiting the check.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. The cost is based on the total dollar amount of the order.
It assumes that the destination is US ONLY. International customers may have additional shipping costs.
I retain the right to refuse international orders. International customers (those outside the USA) should contact me before ordering via email.
These shipping costs are for online shopping cart items only. Shipping costs are calculated as follows.
Total $0.01 - 9.99 Shipping $ 1.50
Total $10.00 - 49.99 Shipping $ 2.00
Total $50.00 - 99.99 Shipping $ 4.00
Total $100.00 - 199.99 Shipping $ 6.00
Total $200.00 and over Shipping $ 10.00
Orders are sent within three working days and most are sent within 24 hours. You will be notified if any order will take longer than 3 days to send and you will have an option of cancelling the order if there is a delay of more than 1 week on order.
You will receive a confirmation email from me within 2 business days. Most orders are confirmed within a few hours. Note that business days are Tues-Fri 10am-4pm EST.

If you have not received any email within 4 days of sending your order, please contact me. I often leave the images of sold items up on the site, as I find customers enjoy seeing some of the old images, even if they are no longer available for sale. These items will not have an add to cart button. Some items may also be on hold or available at another site. The status will indicate this.
Is there something that you saw at a show and just can't get it out of your head? Please call or email me. I'm happy to let you know if it's still available.
My reputation as an honest, friendly dealer is more important to me than the profit on one sale. I am happy to offer a return policy. If you are not happy, once you receive the item, let me know within three days. Once the item is returned, I will refund less the cost of shipping. Return policy for artwork is seven days, unless specified otherwise before the sale.
