I am so enchanted with every element of this necklace. I buy pearls and coral from a supplier who specializes in only those items. He offers a full range of pearls, from $6 strand of rice pearls to $6000 single Black Tahitian pearls. I visited him, intending on buying only pearls, but a strand of HUGE ( 20mm) orange toned Apple Coral beads fascinated me. Here I have used one as a central focal point. Lovely potatoe shape light bronze 10mm freshwater pearls and Kyanite rectangles of dark teal and golden flecks are spaced with tiny gold glass beads. Two hand-carved 12mm bone beads add just a bit more intrigue. Sterling silver wire clasp adjusts from 16 to 18 inches. This is for the most elegant mermaid! Please see matching earrings.
