Looks like a homemade sweetheart creation, maybe for mother - a bit crude. Inset with tiny square rhinestones which are falling out. Has cabechons, probably made from slicing marbles in half. It is large - 4 inches wide. Working clasp. Bakelite tested by chrome cleaner producing yellow residue on cotton swab.
